This is the drawing for Measure 31a Design 18Ax for the amphibious force command ship USS Ancon (AGC-4) dated November 16, 1944. The Measure 31a vertical colors were navy blue (5-N), ocean gray (5-O) and some panels of haze gray (5-H) with deck blue (20-B) for the horizontal color.

The first Design 18Ax drawing was for the Appalachian class amphibious force command ships on November 8, 1944. Design 18Ax was also drawn as above for the USS Ancon (AGC-4) amphibious force command ship on November 18, 1944.
