Destroyers

The Gearing class destroyer USS Southerland (DD-743) is seen in an aerial photo from the port side at Cape Elizabeth, Maine on December 22, 1944, the same day she was commissioned. The camouflage is 33a/28D and the colors are ocean gray and light gray.
