Drawing

Drawing 33a/28D labeled for the Allen M. Sumner class destroyers dated October 27, 1944. The vertical colors are ocean gray (5-O) and light gray (5-L). The ship profile that was used for this drawing was really of the Gearing DD-710 class. The difference was the added length between the two stacks, which can be seen on the scales for each side view.

Original drawing source: NARA 80-G-100070 and 80-G-100071.
