This a composite of the two drawings produced for the camouflage experiments dated September 12, 1944.  The starboard side was Measure 12, which was an early graded Measure, and the port side was Measure 22.  The colors used for Measure 12 were navy blue (5-N), ocean gray (5-O) and haze gray (5-H). Measure 22 colors were navy gray (5-N) and haze gray (5-H).  For the camouflage tests these measures were applied to USS Doyle C. Barnes (DE-353).
